Lead nurturing strategy: targeted communication flowcharts

The theory splits these non-converting prospects into prospects that need more information in order to feel comfortable enough to purchase; and prospects who are confident about the product but are price sensitive and are shopping for a more affordable option. To cater to these two very different categories of non-converting prospects vendors have to target them with a communication programme tailored to their respective areas of concern. These two flowcharts should come in useful for structuring your lead nurturing campaigns.

User Interface principles in web design

There is much hype surrounding website UI design, and a large variety of tools claiming to help optimise the said interface; however, the most useful piece of theory I have found on the topic is dated 1998 and was written by somebody called Talin, whose home page now returns a 404.

It was written with reference to program design rather than website design, but I think these 14 principles apply cross-topic.

Annie is the photographer behind the Demi Moore naked and pregnant cover of Vanity Fair; behind the clothed Ono and naked Lennon cover of Rolling Stone. And the story-teller behind Disney’s series of celebrities-as-fairytale-characters series. Just amazing.

Irving Penn – The King of Black and White

Irving Penn, who photographed celebrities, indigenous people, workers and cigarette butts, has died at his Manhattan home, aged 92. This is some of his work, my RIP for the man who changed fashion and portrait photography for ever.
